- Consider yourself lucky. US West here in Eugene Oregon keeps fornicating with
- their switching equipment and my usual connect speed during non-prime hours
- (5:30pm to 7:30am) is now 24000 (down from a regular 28800) with my USR 33.6.
- My ISP, Northwest Internet Services, is fully stocked with 33.6 Couriers so I
- know it is the phone company that has caused the change in my connect speeds.
