  14. Consider yourself lucky. US West here in Eugene Oregon keeps fornicating with 
  15. their switching equipment and my usual connect speed during non-prime hours 
  16. (5:30pm to 7:30am) is now 24000 (down from a regular 28800) with my USR 33.6. 
  17. My ISP, Northwest Internet Services, is fully stocked with 33.6 Couriers so I 
  18. know it is the phone company that has caused the change in my connect speeds.
